FIT YOGA – Fitness For Body &Mind

This program is a comprehensive package comprising of yoga, fitness, dance workout. The key objective is to help to loss weight and maintain a healthy and balanced life. It is especially designed for beginners and intermediate level. This program has both physical and mental benefits. It not only focuses on healthy body but also addresses psychosocial wellbeing. This program is a combination of sweat and fun. It revitalizes your energy and boosts your immunity.

Duration of the program –  12 days training  (one hour per day) thereafter, 45 days practice through video tutorial. Once you complete this training/practice it will be beneficial for your life time.  Total fee – NRs. 4,500 /-

Requirements

This program will be conducted virtually therefore, please download the zoom app
Wear comfortable clothes: t-shirt and trousers
Please do not eat one hour before the class but you can drink water
